Will I receive a physical planner in the mail?
A: No you will not. All items in our store are printable files only. We do not print or ship any physical items. You will receive a link for your Instant Downloads immediately after payment is received and an email from me containing your files if you ordered personalized items. Please review the items description fully before purchasing.

There are missing pages, errors, or the pages are not printing correctly.
A: Download errors do occur occasionally.  Usually deleting the file and re-downloading rectifies the issue.  If not please contact me and I will email new files to you.

Can I get this planner/page in a different size?
A: Our planners are available in 3 different sizes; US Letter, Half US Letter, and A4. I don’t offer other sizes and i don’t offer resizing, but you can use your print settings to resize pages.

Can I request a custom page or changes?
A: We love to custom design but unfortunately we are not accepting custom designs for our planner pages only invitation, and other stationery designs.

What format are your printable planners saved in?
A: All Planner pages are PDF documents.  Planners are usually saved within a ZIP folder.  PDF format is universal and will open on any computer so long as you have a PDF reader. ZIP folders can be unzipped by all computers and most devices.  Sometimes, we send our invitation files in JPG format for ease of printing.

Are your printables editable?
A: Our planner pages are not editable but watch this space because we are creating some gorgeous editable designs in the near future.

The colors on my printable are different than they looked in the listing.

A: Each printer’s results will vary slightly.  Try adjusting your printer settings if you’re unhappy with the color quality or try a heavier weight paper or different paper finish.

Why am I having trouble opening my files?
A: Make sure you have a PDF reader installed on your device. To download a PDF reader you can visit Adobe for a FREE download.  Another common issue is a download error.  Try deleting and re-downloading the file.  If neither of those solutions work, please contact me for further help.

How long does it take to receive my files?
A: If you ordered an Instant Download you will receive a link to download your files immediately after purchase and once payment has cleared successfully.  If you ordered any other listing that is not instant download then you will receive an email with your files attached within 24-48 hours.  Please include personalisation information in the notes to seller section at checkout so there are no delays.

It’s been 48 hours and I haven’t received an email.
A: Be sure you’re checking the email you have registered with Etsy and check your junk mail folder.  If you hace checked your junk mailbox and it’s been more than 48 hours please send me an Etsy convo to let me know.

I ordered an Instant Download and I can’t find the link to download my files.
A: The link to download files is available on the screen immediately after purchase.  If you’ve missed it go to Etsy, click on “Your Account” in the upper righthand corner, click on “Purchases & Reviews”.  There will be a list of all your purchases and your download links are on the right of each purchase. If you have purchased our planner files, you will receive an seperate email from Craft Hub with your download links. This will be sent to the email address you have registered in your Etsy account.

Do you offer refunds?
A: Unfortunately, due to the nature of instant download items, we do not offer refunds. You can review our store policies here.
